I decided to go on a diet, I made myself an extremely healthy diet menu and limited as much as possible foods containing a lot of fat like fast food at convenience stores or cakes. sweet and greasy dishes. I almost only eat boiled chicken breast with vegetables and rice, sometimes replace chicken with shrimp, sometimes pork, but I only eat 150g of pork because pork is a bit fatty, I also eat fish but very little because I hates to eat fish. bone. Combined with the diet, I also do some exercises to reduce the abdomen and limbs at home from YouTube or Facebook. I also have times when I want to give up on losing weight, but remembering the ugly past, I am more determined, I also get enough sleep because sleeping before 12pm helps me not be tired or hungry at night anymore. Thanks to my determination to change myself, I regained my health and confidence.
So always remember that losing weight not only makes you beautiful, but also makes you healthier. Limit the absorption of fat into the body, especially fast foods because they are too greasy and harmful to your health, and it is important that you choose a healthier diet for yourself.
